This cemetery is nestled in near all the redwoods in Santa Cruz County. The graves range from the 1800s to modern day, some headstones are even made from redwoods themselves. It is an open space with privacy; however, it is next to a road that sees far more traffic than would be expected. It is recommended to go right before it closes at dusk to reduce vehicle contamination in audio. The area is known for catastrophic events, like the Powder Works which had many casualties in its history. We have had high paranormal activity in locations near this one, so were hopeful for this site.
We did have several times where we thought we heard voices on our recorders (live monitor of input to headphones) while asking questions, and we did get some responses, but not nearly as active as other nearby locations for the area. With multispectrum camera and FLIR thermal imaging, we did not catch anything substantial.
